If you can log in as administrator you can go through the
control panel to Administrative Tools; then double-click
computer management; then click the + by Local Users and
Groups; then click on Users. After this click once on the
User Name you want to use and it will highlight. Then in
the top left area of the window click on the Action tab
and click Set Password. You will be able to enter a new
password at this point.
