passkey re MS Outlook

Hi ,
I am trying to Sync my Dell Inspiron & Dell Axim PDA .
I keep getting the enter passkey re Outlook message .
Unfortunately I cannot find the CD or case with the passkey on .
Please can you assist .

Sorry, this group is for the Access Database program. You may want to try
one of the Outlook newsgroups or the microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync
newsgroup.
