Passing parameters to custom Journal Form

Scenario:
I have created a custom journal form to set the default entry type,
categories, and started the timer with the Item_Open event. I execute this
from the command line right now. I was wondering if I could pass an extra
parameter in the command line to set the subject of the Journal Entry.
