passing parameters to access when starting

hi group!

I wonder if it is possible to pass access some parameters when starting the
application? I want to give my users the possibility to create some special
links on the desktop so that they can go directly into their projects when
the application opens - so I am searching for something to pass parameters
and check them into a vba code that is calles by the autoexec makro. Anyone
an idea how to do so?
