I need to count the number of records for a (complicated) condition in a main
report then add to that count the number of records listed in the subreport,
then print the total count (in either the main or sub-report, I don't think
it matters which).
eg: main part of report list (by query) all students that receive meals and
indicates (marks) which of those students may also receive milk (pre paid for
qtr/yr).milk only (pre-paid for qtr/yr) (for example a student may not have wanted
that day's choice for lunch but is still pre-paid for year or qtr for milk.
I want to show total total number of students that receive milk for that day
regardless of hot lunch.
I have a Public "milkcounter" in the main modiule, which gives me an
accurate total for the main report, but causes an "Undefined vairable" error
when it hits the sub report.
I'm open to other suggestions.
