Parts of pages are left out when downloaded from server

This is ie6sp1 with all patches to date. This issue
happens on many pages but an example is...

I load my company's home page from the internet site and
whole pieces of the code are missing. If I view the source
the same chunks of code are in fact missing. The code that
is missing is in logical units (ie a complete image tag,
or an image tag that is within an <A HREF...><IMG...></A>
tag). I have the original of the page that I FTPd to the
server and it loads fine from my computer. The page also
loads fine on another computer sitting right next to the
one in question when loaded from the internet. The missing
data is exactly the same pieces of html code no matter how
many times I reload, clear cache, whatever. I am lost on
what to do next!

Anyone???

Some "security" products may do this.
