partitioning HDD in XP

I'm about to take delivery of a new PC that has a 160GB SATA disk, my old PC
has an ATA-66 30GB drive for windows and applications and an ATA-100 60GB
drive for my data (mainly music, video and backups). My question is how
best to use the new system. I planned to use the 160GB drive as the system
drive and keep the 60GB drive but am not sure how best to use them and how
to partition the 160GB drive (if at all)

any advice welcome

30 GB would be more than adequate for the operating system.
Do you really want to defrag 160 GB?
You could copy the operating system partition for a backup, but not if the
size is 160 GB.

Win Xp on the 160. Use the 60 for a Duplicate of any Vital info & Music or
whatever.
Also put the SWAP file on the 60 (Or whatever drive the WinXp isn't on)
I also like to have a small partition on my main drive that I keep important
stuff on (Finacial Records & such) so if I ever have to format & reinstall
it will still be there (hopefully anyway) .
