Partition was deleted

Hi folks,

I need a big urgent help. A couple days ago, I reinstalled my Window XP
home edition for Dell. During the process, I deleted my external hard disk’s
partition by mistake (I didn’t reformat the external drive). Does anyone
know the way to recover the partition? I tried Partition Table Doctor 3 but
it could not recover the partition.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Tim I have not personally used this product but have heard some good
reviews.
There might even be some freeware programs that will work.
There is a good possibility of recovering the data as long as you don't
format or write over it.

I can recommend it, very good at recovering partitions. Can't
speak to the latest version, as I'm using an older copy. Keep
it on my Universal boot CD-R and it's saved many a customer.
