Is there utitlities come with Win2K to increase the size of paritions ?

No, you need to use third-party products such as Acronis PartitionExpert
or PowerQuest PartitionMagic.

I got the PartitionMagic 5, according to the readme file it said it supports
Win2000 professional.
However, I cannot start up pqmagic under command prompt as it said cannot
run under NT server, something like that.

Any hints to start up PartitionMagic 5 ?

Create a recovery disk for PQMagic5. You can then boot
under DOS or Win98 and run PQMagic on a server or on
a workstation.

I have created 2 disks for bootup and recovery.
I run the PQMagic but got that error about cannot run under Win2000/NT.

I read what you said, then I looked at my PQMagic rescue
disk. It is a Win98 boot disk (which I made myself), and it
contains pqmagic.exe plus a number of PQ support files.
It deals with workstations and servers, but it does not deal
with WinXP NTFS partitions. I use the Acronis products
for those.

And yes, it's PQMagic 5 I'm running.

So your rescue disk works with your Win2K ?

It works on anything other than WinXP NTFS: Server,
Workstation, the lot.
