Partition Mess

This is just for the future, but when I'm done testing Windows Vista, and I
remove it, will I have to reinstall XP or can I just do a repair install
when the following is true?:
1. (C:) has Windows XP
2. (D:) has personal files
3. (E:) has Windows Vista

Or will I have to do anything at all besides formatting the partition Vista
is on?

See, when I get done testing Windows Vista if I don't want to try out Linux
that is on drive (E:), I'm going to combine the two partitions (D:) and (E:)
back together like I had it before I had Vista in my hands.

In other words, I have two hard drives:
(C:) is one partition off of the one hard drive only 80GB
(D:) & (E:) are two partitions that combined are 120GB (each partition is
60GB)

I'm not worried about resizing partitions because I'll move my personal
files onto my 80GB hard drive temporarily until I have brought the hard
drive back together as one partition.

You'll need VistaBootPro or EasyBCD to put your XP boot files back in order,
but other than that it seems you have thought it out.
