Partition Magic 8.0 Installation Failure--Cannot Remove

I tried installing PM 8.0 on XP and it died before completing. I now have three
entries in the Start menu for PowerQuest: Documentation, Tools, and PM8.0. If I try
to execute the program it fails with an error display that the config file could not
be found. Control Panel's Add/Remove shows no entry for PM. I see no uninstall
program for PM8. What to do?

Try installing PM 8.0 again. You said it died before completing, any
error message(s)? Also - are you by chance using GoBack from
Roxio\Symantec?
