Partial Matching of Fields

Patrick M

Thank you for being there. I'm new to Access 2007 and preparing a listing of
people from two lists.

Case #1: the names on one list are FIRST NAME and LAST NAME whereas the
other list contains FULL NAME. How do I identify matches?

Case #2: In another situation, I can find matches between lists. How do I
find records that are in one list and NOT in the other list?

Thanks,
Patrick

Case 1 --
Concatenate the [FIRST NAME] & " " & [LAST NAME] or [LAST NAME] & ", " &
[FIRST NAME] - based on how the full name is formated.

Case 2 --
Use an 'Unmatched' query.
