Partial formula value increment

I need to work out how to increment part of a formula when
using the fill function instead of all values. For
example, I have the formula =IF(E2=B1-B4,(J2),(0)) in row
2 and want to fill it down to row 10000 but I only want E2
and J2 within the formula to increment - I need B1 and B4
to stay as they are. Is this possible?
