Part of the window system is in a foreign language and I cannot sh

Windows XP home SP2 plus all update... Some of the window system
options/menus are in a foreighn language. Also when I select sharing and
securities from a menu on a folder/file I get eh properties box instead.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bruce Conley
 
It appears you have replaced some system files with foreign language files
which are causing the mixed languages on your menus. The only way I have
heard of fixing this problem is to format and install the system clean.
However, before doing anything, see if anyone else has ideas on how to fix
it.
