PARSER MESSAGE: value creation failed at line 422

I have been getting this message when I try to log on as a
different user, or when I wake the pc after is has been
sitting for a while and goes to sleep. After clicking
through this message about 5 or 6 times the windows logon
screen appears. I am unable to log on as any other users.
Also, the windows logon screen stated that the current
user has the pc locked. I have never locked anything.

I have searched the internet for this error, and found
smilar problems, but at a different line. The help points
to the desktop theme dll's as the problem, and has them
rename the files. I'm not sure if this is my problem.

Can anyone help?

i have the same problem as you do and i m going crazy about it .. i have been in contact with loads of fourms but no one answers .. i have the same message as u only on a diffrent line i have it at "LINE 24"

Really can someone help us !!!!
