parental blocking

I want to know if there is a way to keep someone from
deleting the history. I need to monitor childrens' use
of the internet and they know how to just delete the
pages from the history. I don't want to block any sites,
I just want to know what they are looking at. There are
way too many placed to just block them all. Please let
me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks.
