Parameters error in Cross Tab Query

Dear All,
I have a Cross Tab Query (A) based on another normal select query(B). In B, I have three parameters and declared in A already. When I run the query, all working fine. But when I run through the code, give me an error say "Too few parameters. Expected 3", The parameters should come from a form and I have got that form opened.

Any suggestion?
