Hello all
Could one of you please help me?
I have a report which has a parameter query behind it - [enter locker number].
I would however like to have the report to show all lockers plus info if the
user does not enter a number in the parameter box. Is this possible?
I've tried the usual - [enter etc..] or <>"xxx", but this only brings out
all the records and ignores any locker number entered.
Also tried [enter etc.] and <> "xxx", but that only brings through the
locker number entered.
As this report is due to go to a user who is not quite IT literate, it has
to be as easy as possible for them to use, and i don't really want to confuse
them by creating 2 separate ones.
Thanks ever so much.
