Parameter query: ex. between 10/25 after 4pm and 10/28 before 9am

I am trying to create a parameter query that uses the "Between/And" function
but each date in the parameter is subject to a certain time constraint. I can
get the "between/and" function to work just fine but then it returns all
times on those dates. The only way I have been able to return the data I
require is by entering each date seperately. Is there a way to incorporate
the time constraints within the "between/and" function?
Any help is appreciated.
 
What happens if you enter the times into the parameters? You haven't
provided any information about your tables, data, results,... that would
suggest that you tried this and what your results were.
