Parameter Query Access 2003

I have a series of parameter queries, with the brackets on the criteria line
under a field [ ] so that I can search out a record(s) of interest.
I am attempting to do so on a Yes/No field but it doesnt want to work.
What would be the correct method to set up a query so that I can specify to
return records with the field set to Yes, or to No.
