paragraph markers

Hello,
I inadvertantly hit some key combination (I have no idea what) that has now
added all these symbols to my text. Paragraph markings, space and tab
markings. I have no idea how to take it off...any ideas what this is and how
to get rid of it?

It doesn't show when you send the messages, just in the creation of the text.

If you can tell me what it is and how to turn it off that would be great.

If you have OL2007, start a mail message go to the Format Text ribbon and
click the Paragraph symbol
