I'm assuming you have Word as your e-mail editor? If so, ensure that the
Standard toolbar is visible and toggle the Paragraph button (the one that
looks like a double P).

I go to my toolbar options...and it is checked Standard. But when I go to
the down arrow on my tool bar- I do not see an option and or symbol for the
paragraph. I also checked that Word is my email editor. It is also leaving
space marks on my emails too. I hit a key and it just showed up...???

The Pilchrow mark should be on the Standard toolbar just to the left of the
magnification value and to the right of the "Document Map" icon. You can
also click Tools>Options and on the View tab, uncheck the formatting marks
you don't want to see.
