Many binaries are in PAR. How do you use PAR in windows?

Everything I tried mentions hundreds of missing sections???

They are PARity files, also called PARchive files, generated from the
original archive set of RAR files. They are used by programs such as
SmartPAR and FSRaid and QuickPar to complete posts where one or more files
is missing or damaged.
