paperclip in outlook 6

I am missing the paperclip icon in the outlook sample frame / view.
Please advise how to get the paperclip installed

There is no Outlook 6. Do you mean Outlook Express 6?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
