Paper Size / Value

I have a LJ 4050 and one client have no more option in the
paper size. He only have 16K an Executive (JIS) paper size
option. All my other customer are set the same way but
have all difference choice (letter legal etc)

Is there a way to add more paper size option or
whatever... This happend today and was working correctely
before...

I delete and reinstall the printer whitout succes; I also
try to reboot the PC.

Seems like a corrupted driver to me.

Try downloading the driver for that printer from HP and use that instead
of the one included in Windows. If during re-installation of the driver
you are asked if you want to keep or use existing files for the driver
answer no, you want them overwritten.
