Palm Tungston

I am getting an error message when I try to install the
Tungston EPalm PDA. Error 1607 Unable to Install
InstaShield Scripting Runtime

Anybody have a clue as to what the problem is or how to
fix. Microsoft says they need $240 to tell me how to fix
the problem which is more then the PDA cost Looks like
this Christmas gift is going back to the store.
 
Are you having problems installing anything else? Have you called Palm for
support? Have you tried downloading the latest Palm software from their
website?
 
Palm said it is an Install Shield problem and would not
help and had no suggestions. Have not had other problems
previously. I will try to download off Palm site and let
you know if that has an effect.
