Everytime I click EDIT on one of my photos, I get the following error
message:

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel."

I get this message when I try to edit or paint a photo.

How do I resolve?

By going to the Folder options box and creating an association? Possibly?

I tried that route. Unless, I am not putting the right info. How can I get
the Paint feature in my Accessories?

Try Start-Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs-Add/Remove Windows Components,
click on Accessories and Utilities, click on Details, click on Accessories,
click on Details, and see if Paint is checked. If it isn't, check it and OK
your way out. If it IS checked, uncheck it, OK out, ten repeat the process
and check it.
