Hi Louise... just by coincidence I discovereed the same on
my laptop this morning. I'm running Windows 2000 (SP4) on
both home and work (laptop) machines. Home is OK.
I looked at knowledge base and found article Q251351 which
does not make sense to me since I also have MSOffice2000
loaded on both machines.
If you find anything, please post... I'll do the same.

The problem is that you don't have the image processor installed. You
will have to install it manually by running MS Office setup again.
