Paging File reboot

Everytime I reboot my paging file goes back to 20MB and
gives me an error at login. It doesn't matter what size
the paging file is but it always comes back to 20MB after
a reboot.

Can anyone tell me what is going wrong with this?

Make sure that the System account (NT Authority) has full control of the
%systemdrive% and or the drive your trying to put the pagefile on. My
Computer|Drive|File|Properties|Security|Permissions
