What is the correct way to manually affect the pagination of a letter so that
any revisions will not result in manual pagination having to be removed.

I can't figure this one out. I have tried ctrl/enter, keep with next and
leaving extra spaces between paragraphs, but I'm not getting it.

Can any one help? Thank you.

A combination of "Keep with next" and "Keep lines together" is usually the
safest approach.
