While I am working either in windows or on the internet through explorer,
whenever there is a scroll bar the page continuosly scrolls up and down on
it's own.

Can anyone please help me fix this problem.
please contact me on (e-mail address removed)/discussions thanks I would

Sorry, no free email support. Asked here, answered here for the benefit
of all. Also, by posting your real unmunged email address on Usenet,
you've made it available to spambots for harvesting. Here is a link
explaining how to munge your email address:

As for the scrollbar issue:

1. Perhaps your mouse's scroll wheel is stuck. Try with a different
mouse. If the issue goes away, then throw the old mouse out.

2. If you have a specialized mouse that requires drivers, get and
install updated drivers from the mouse mftr.'s website (like Logitech
for ex.).

3. If #1 and #2 don't help, update your video card drivers.

Never get drivers from Windows Update. Get them from:

1. The device mftr.'s website; OR
2. The motherboard mftr.'s website if hardware is onboard; OR
3. The OEM's website for your specific machine if you have an OEM
computer (HP, Dell, Sony, etc.).

Read the installation instructions on the website where you get the
drivers.

If you have installed drivers from Windows Update, you can roll them
back:

If what Malke suggesteted didn't work, it's a longshot, ut check your page
up/down keys to see if they're stuck down. It happened to me once and that
was the cause.
Good luck,
RAGMAN!!!
