My c: drive has two pagefiles: pagefile.sys and pagefile.csp, both almost
400 MB. The csp file is dated 1/6/2006 and the sys file is dated today. I
can't find anything in the knowledge base about this .csp file. Does anyone
know what that is? Can I delete it?
Thanks,
Trish

Try renaming it to pagefile.jnk or similar and wait a few days to see
what, if anything, complains about not being able to find
pagefile.csp. If nothing untoward happens then it should be okay to
delete it.

Note that some references on Google indicate that this may be part of
Windows Cryptographic Services (csp meaning Cryptographic Service
Provider)

Good luck
