pagebreak

I have always been able to change pagebreaks by going to
pagebreak preview and drag the dashed lines. Now excel
won't let me do it. The arrow won't appear just the cross
and it doesn't change to the bidirectional arrow when i
move the mouse over the pagebreak line. Is there a setting
that is preventing me from manually changing my pagebreak?

It could be that on Page Setup you have selected Fit to Page

Thanks but that's not it, its all spreadsheets suddenly
won't let me change the pagebreaks. Is there a setting
somewhere?

is there a set up that is preventing this as its happening
on all spreadsheets

its not set at fit to one page its doing it on all
spreadsheets
