Page wont exit out?

Hi, sometimes when im done looking at a page and try to
exit out of it, it wont. I have to go to Ctrl + Alt +
Delete to exit it out. Please help me cause this is
getting annoying

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
