Page will not open in IE but will open in AOL.... ?

The page is: http://www.oesc.state.ok.us/

and it will not open in IE. It does open in AOL. Any
ideas? Here are the first few lines of the pages code...

Mine works fine. Any chance you have FrontPage set as your viewer ? Althou I
am not sure how you could do that without some add-ons.
