page will not move down automatically

Hi,
When I am typing a word document the page doesn't automatically move down so
although I can still type it goes of the end of the screen and I can't see
it. I can howver scroll with the mouse or arrow keys.

I can't find my other post. That is why I reposted, I didn't realise that it
had posted the first time.

I have been to see the offending computer now and have managed to sort the
problem out so thanks to anybody who has replied in the other post. I am
still unable to see it using my reader (outlook Express).

not according to 'View', 'Current View'. That says 'Show all messages'
