Page total & continued total on each page

I have a report which has some time one page print some time 2 pages and
sometime 3 and some more than that about 10 pages.

At the report footer the Amount field sum is there, I mean it sum the
complete amount of the report at the end of the report.

But my requirement is something like below :

If the report is of one page then no need any thing as the report footer
SumField will be enough.

If it is more than 1 page, it should have a field at the pager footer like
of the first page :

Page..total : [Sumofpageamount]

On the next page header it should carry the previous page total as :

Continued page1 total....[PreviouspageTotal]
and the rest of the data below of the second page

And at the last of the page2 (or any continued page) it should be as
: total till this page : [This pagesum]+[Previospageotal]

Please advise on this.
