Page Size

I'm trying to use a database to generate ID badges 2' x 3'. Having
difficultly gettting the page size to work where I will get one record per
page to print at this size. Also would like to get text to print on the back
of the ID badge so this would require a page break between each picture.

Page break not absolutely necessary, depends on how many badges you want to
print on one piece of paper.

How many of the ID badges do you want to print at a time ? Max 9 possible on
one 8.5x11 sheet of paper.

How do you want the orientation of the 2" x 3", Portrait or Landscape?

Are you going to use a photo?
Any text on same side as photo?

How do you want the orientation of text on back side, turn badge like page in a
book, or flip up like a sheet in a clip board?

These actually print on 2 x 3 cards. I found the page break in 2007 and it
works correctly. I am using a photo and text. The new problem is I am using
the attachment type field to link to the photo to minimize the size of the
database. Now in Report View & Layout View the photo looks good, but in
print preview it has jagged red lines and it print that way on the printer.

If you aren't using BitMap images, give it a try.
