page set up won't stay

Why does Access 2000 (like the previous versions) not
retain the settings for page set up?
My reports will just drop the page set up criteria for no
reason.
Does anyone know how to make the reports keep the page set
up criteria?

This is a bug which was resolved in Access 2000 with the first Office 2000
