Perhaps these are numbers that refer to illustrations or locations of the
document in a section? With PowerPoint, you can specify the starting slide
number for a presentation, but it sounds like you want to simply include
these non-sequential numbers. If there is no particular order or rules for
sequence, PowerPoint won't be able to help you. It would seem better just to
add the numbers in on each separate page using text boxes.
Where are these numbers located, anyway? Are you pulling them in from a Word
document, for instance? There may be some way to automate the process of
importing the numbers into your PPT presentation, if you have a lot of pages
and you want to do it automatically. But it seems more trouble than it's
worth - better just to add the numbers in yourself manually.
