page number appears wrongly in TOC when emailed

Hi Selva,

The page numbers can change if the recipient is using a different printer
driver to the one you used.

Another thing to consider: If the person receiving the mail has "Allow
starting in Reading Layout" selected in Tools>Options, General tab,
page numbers in the TOC may be incorrect.
