Okay I have been working on and off on this problem for 3
to 4 months now and I still can't get is resolved.

I am running Window XP Pro and FP2002. here is my problem.

every 15 minutes my web page is updated with the new local
weather conditions. the colored bar graphs on the right
hand side update like they should. how ever the data in
he second colum never updates. see: www.weather-check.com

Here is what I do. My PC uplaods to my ISP via FTP a file
with a .htx extension every 15 minutes. the users at the
other end only see the file as a htm. I have attached the
file .htx in in my index page in the following manner
insert, web-component-page. how ever this is not working.
but if I go to the file @ my ISP it is there and in good
shape. see: www.weather-check.com/weather-check_X2.htm

Please help

The FP Include Page component is a design-time component, meaning that it will only update pages
when you save the page from within FP or open the site and run Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks.

Use an IFrame in this column and have the page load in the IFrame.

Hi Tom,

What I have done is set up a hyperlink to the location
that the correct data is stored. see near the bottom of
the page and you will see http://www.weather-
check.com/weather-check_X2.htm how ever this link need
to be clicked on. Is there anyway to have the link
automatically open?

No, have tried using the IFrame to have the page loaded within the IFrame each time the page is
loaded?

No, I have not tried using IFrame, just not sure how it
works. I looked in help in FP but that did not help out
at all.

If using FP2000, you have to manual insert the IFrame tags.

FP2002 and up, you should find the option on the Insert Menu.
