PAGE LAYOUT NOT CREATING COLUMNS

ACCESS 2007

WHEN I TRY TO CREATE MORE THAN ONE COLUMN IN AN ACCESS REPORT

PAGE LAYOUT - COLUMNS - 2

NOTHING HAPPENS!

I HAVE TRIED CLICKING "SAME AS DETAIL", I HAVE TRIED UNCLICKING "SAME AS
DETAIL"
I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT SIZES OF COLUMNS AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS!!!

ANY IDEAS WOULD BE HELPFUL!
 
Which view are you looking at when you don't see columns? How are your
columns set to display: Across then Down or Down then Across?
