Page info repeated

Hi All,
My report is showing its name on the top of every page which is what I wanted
it to do. but....it's also showing it eventhough there is no data on the page.

Here is an example of the report:

Page1 like this

ReportName
Patient id patientName Patient Code
1111 John COB
2222 Mark COB1
3333 Mike COB2
4444 Salah COB3
etc..

Page2 like this:

ReportName
Patient id patientName Patient Code

I don't want to see Page 2 since it does not have any data.

I tried everything, I do not know what I am doing wrong....
