One of my Windows 2000 server is getting an error in regards to Pagefile is too small. I adjust the settings to the pagefile and reboot the server and the same error message appears. I reviewed the registry and the memory settings are correct. I am continuing ro receive a too small pagefile, windows created a temp pagefile. The task scheduler service fails to start upon bootup. I do not know if they are related. Any help would be appreciate. Thank you in advance.

Check the permissions on the system partitions. If the system does not have
access then it will cause this error
