Page expiring

when i am on a web page and hit the back button i get a
message:WARNING PAGE HAS EXPIRED

AS A SECURITY PRECAUTION, INTERNET EXPLORER DOES NOT

TO RESUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION AND VIEW THIS WEB PAGE CLICK
THE REFRESH BUTTON.
QUESTION WHERE IS THE REFRESH BUTTON?????
