page expired

I frequently get "Warning: Page has Expired: The page
your Requested..."

I use the Refresh option and get a message to retry.
Then I get the page. Very annoying. Running XP. found
a solution in the Knowledge Base but it applies only to
Windows 95.

Please help. Thanks
 
Here's something to try:
in IE click tools/internet options/advanced
Scroll down to "Security" and unselect "Do not safe
encrypted pages to disk"
