"Page down" - going too far>>

When I click on the bar at the right hand side of the
screen for a full page down it goes too far and I have to
press line back up to see the text that was not shown -
any clues?

Ditto here for when I use my mouse's middle scroll button.

Not sure about page down, but scroll button options can be set in the mouse
settings panel in the control panel.
