"Page Cannot be Displayed"

I've been receiving this error message for the last several months. I'm
currently running Windows XP and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2. I've
tried all of the suggestions recommended on the error page to no avail. The
problems originally started on my dial-up connection. I recently switched to
cable and the problem still persists. Internet Explorer came with the
computer, otherwise I'd simply uninstall it and redownload the latest
version. Are there any suggestions?
