Page Cannot Be Displayed

We are having a problem with our Internet Explorer settings but are unableto
find out where.

I have two machines both Win XP SP2 one of them has no issues but the other
keeps on reporting This Page cannot be displayed errors, however when the
page has been hard refreshed (Ctrl F5) the page appears. This problems
appears totally inconsistenly also a page that may work one time may or may
not work the next time it is visited.

I thought this problem was SP2 specific initially until our customer started
noticing the same problem however this was on SP1 machines. All of these SP1
machines have the same builds but it appears that all of the machines are not
reporting the same problem?!?

Any suggestions will be appreciated - Thanx in advance
